A Yale Club of Boston Exclusive Offer.
Built in 1899, 10 Derne served as home to the Yale Club for more than a decade, from 1922 to 1934. The newly redesigned and renovated office space features numerous nods of appreciation to the building’s rich history including the iron work on the front windows of the building that don the original Yale Club’s YC logo.
As a special offer to members of the Yale Club of Boston, we have a limited number of office suites and 1922 Club memberships available. Any member of the Yale Club will also receive their first month of rent free.
Rent for all spaces is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or extra costs. You will also be part of a vibrant community of professionals, including lobbyists, consultants, architects, and venture capital firms, who can provide you with referrals, advice, and collaboration opportunities. You can also take advantage of regular events at the building for additional networking and hosting.
