A curated members only experience.

The 1922 Club.

The 1922 Club is a unique spin on how to get things done on Beacon Hill. Combining the best features of a social club, a boutique private office, and a private townhome across from the State House, membership in the 1922 Club gives you the ability to experience it all.

Located within our spectacularly renovated historic townhome at 10 Derne Street — the original clubhouse of the Yale Club of Boston — the 1922 Club hosts a range of spaces which allow members to get work done without distraction, host events and parties, meet clients, and collaborate with a diverse and well-connected network of Bostonians.

What’s in it for you?

There’s always something going on at the 1922 Club. During the day, the building functions as “work from home, away from home” space, with a unique combination of intimate private offices and collaborative open spaces. Collaborate remotely from one of the professionally-equipped meeting rooms, close a deal in the stately Library Room, or entertain clients under the lights in our stunning private courtyard.

After you’ve taken care of business, the building becomes a private clubhouse, hosting bi-monthly events for members. Recently events include a private bourbon tasting and vintage barware pop-up with offerings from Stizel-Weller Distilleries and J. Earle & Sons as well as uniquely Boston shopping experience with premier clothing brand Rivay.

When we’re not curating experiences for members, the space is yours to book for your own unforgettable private events.

The Process.

The 1922 Club is a capped membership with limited availabilities. We are currently accepting new members by tenant-member referral only. Each prospective member is interviewed to ensure it’s a fit for everyone.

Membership start dates coincide with our Club Events, so if you’re accepted, you’ll immediately be invited to a party where you can meet other members and begin to get involved.
