Cherished Legacy.
Modern Amenities.

A history worth celebrating.

Built in 1899, 10 Derne served as home to the Yale Club for more than a decade, from 1922 to 1934. The newly redesigned and renovated office space features numerous nods of appreciation to the building’s rich history including the iron work on the front windows of the building that don the original Yale Club’s YC logo.

Today, 10 Derne offers an ideal set up for entrepreneurs, lawyers, consultants, and small firms looking for an intimate, boutique office experience. The property features iconic views of the State House, and easy access to the Court House and Boston Common.

The space also includes high speed internet, modern amenities, and a private outdoor patio for idyllic coffee breaks, collaborative work sessions, and private events.
