10 Derne is a newly redesigned and renovated office space featuring the convenience of a modern workplace combined with the historic charm of Beacon Hill.

As a special offer to current tenants at the Charles Street Meeting House, we have a limited number of office suites and 1922 Club memberships available. We are offering a month of free membership with no commitments and an additional three months of free rent for any lease or membership longer than fifteen months.

Rent for all spaces is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or extra costs. You will also be part of a vibrant community of professionals, including lobbyists, consultants, architects, and venture capital firms, who can provide you with referrals, advice, and collaboration opportunities.     A limited number of memberships are available for the 1922 Club, 10 Derne’s flexible workspace. Perfect for those looking for an alternative to working from home, members have use of the building’s numerous workspaces and meeting rooms, plus other perks.

    All-inclusive rent starting at $1,000 per month for individuals and $1,500 per month for teams of up to 4.
